Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026. This policy applies to the Commodity Blueprint Prospector subscription.
1. What we collect
- Account details: the email address you subscribe and log in with. Login uses a 6-digit code sent to your email, so there is no password to store.
- Your work: your pipeline, shortlist and notes. These are visible only to you.
- Usage data: basic analytics about page visits and feature use, collected through Microsoft Clarity and Whop Analytics.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Whop. We never see or store your card details.
2. The AI features
Text you type into the AI tools (offer checks, outreach drafts, deal questions, company research) is sent to Anthropic, the maker of Claude, to generate your answer. We do not store the text you send or the answers you receive, and under Anthropic's commercial terms your text is not used to train their models. Do not paste confidential contracts, personal data about other people, or anything you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your pipeline, notes or shortlist with other users or with the listed companies.
- We do not store your payment card details.
4. Third parties we rely on
- Whop: subscription billing, access management and purchase receipts.
- Anthropic: processes AI requests as described above.
- Microsoft Clarity and Whop Analytics: anonymized usage analytics.
5. Your choices
You can cancel your subscription any time from your Whop account, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. To ask for your account data or its deletion, message us through your Whop purchase receipt.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
