Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026. These terms apply to the Commodity Blueprint Prospector subscription only. The Commodity Blueprint course is sold separately under its own terms and guarantee.
1. The service
The Prospector is a research and prospecting tool: a database of real commodity producers, traders and buyers, guidance on how to approach them, and AI-assisted tools for outreach, offer checking and company research. Company information comes from public sources, may be incomplete or out of date, and does not imply any relationship with or endorsement by the listed companies.
2. Subscription and billing
The Prospector is sold as a monthly or annual subscription through Whop. Prices are in USD and payments, VAT and sales tax are handled by Whop. Plans renew automatically at the end of each paid period until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your Whop account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
4. No-refund policy
All Prospector payments are non-refundable. Because the Prospector gives immediate access to a living database and monthly updates, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds on monthly or annual plans, whether or not you use the service. If you do not want the next period, cancel before your renewal date. This no-refund policy applies to the Prospector subscription only and does not affect the separate 14-day guarantee on the Commodity Blueprint course.
5. Your responsibilities
- Verification of any counterparty is always your job. The Prospector provides starting points and a method, not verified partners.
- Screening counterparties against current sanctions lists (OFAC, UK, EU, UN) is your responsibility.
- AI output can be wrong. Treat it as a second opinion, not as verification, legal, financial or trading advice.
- Your account is personal. Do not share your login or redistribute the database.
6. What we are not
Commodity Blueprint is not a broker, exchange or party to any transaction, and provides no financial, legal or trading advice. We do not guarantee any deal, income or result.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and continued use of the Prospector after a change means you accept the updated terms.
